FINANCEFinancing is required to cover the cost of staff salaries as well as travel to the various countries and living expenses there until each mission is accomplished.
Although there are no fixed costs, other than that for the administrative headquarters, the costs have been estimated to the best of our knowledge of the current cost of living in various countries.
COMPETITIONThis is a non-profit operation, therefore there is no competition as such. We will cooperate with any other non-profit organisation, in any other country, which has the same or similar goals.
The location of the administrative headquarters is flexible but it is tentatively planned as being located somewhere in Greater Vancouver, British Columbia. The operation of the groups themselves will be worldwide and they may originate in several different countries
VIABILITY or PROFITABILITYThere is no question of profitability as this is a humanitarian, non-profit operation. The needs are worldwide. Auditors will examine periodically the distribution and use of funds.
COMPARISION with EXISTING SERVICESThere is no other organized activity as far as can be ascertained.
Examples of individuals recognizing the need and being successful in resolving the issues have been gathered from a variety of sources but in the main it has remained throughout time as an unrecognized problem and therefore no solution has been sought to assist these souls caught in the lower etheric realms and enduring never-ending sorrow.
SHORT and LONG-TERM GOALSThere is no clear distinction between short- and long-term goals as there is only ONE goal, to be reached by an adequate supply of manpower and funding. Teams will be assembled, instructed and dispatched to various locations as funds permit.
Once problems at all locations have been satisfactorily dealt with, operations will cease and teams will be disbanded.
